I’m a Registered Psychologist based in Vancouver, BC. I care deeply about supporting thoughtful and curious individuals work through feelings of overwhelm, self-doubt, or disconnection. I offer evidence-based therapy that is compassionate, collaborative, and most importantly, realistic and grounded in the complexity of everyday life.
